Parco Bougainvillae is a great place to stay to visit the picturesque resort of Santa Maria di Castellabate. It is about a 5 minute walk from the end of the main street and about 15 minutes from the nearest beach (can be busy in August). You can also drive into town, but in high season parking can be sometimes difficult.

The apartments are in excellent condition and fully equipped. They have large balconies or terraces with superb views across the town. Last year a large swimming pool was added which adds to the attraction of the apartments. We have stayed in 2003 and 2004 and are returning again in 2005!

The owner and his wife are most helpful and friendly and have made us most welcome. We would recommend the apartments to anyone with a young family who are looking for a truly Italian summer beach holiday.
